4. Air Dry Only: After washing, gently squeeze out excess water from the bra and reshape it to its original form. Avoid wringing or twisting the bra. Then, lay it flat on a clean towel to air dry. Avoid using a dryer as the heat can damage the fabric and elastic.

5. Rotate Wear: For optimal longevity, rotate between multiple bras to allow each one to rest and regain its elasticity between wears.
